Groupes Thailand, 18 mai 2013	Kantary Hills Hotel location, guestroom, decoration 7,7 This is both hotel and serviced apartment so you will get the big room with all the basic facilities that you needed such as microwave, refrigerator, sink, and more. very convenience and the hotel is also situated in the heart of Nimmanhemin Road. easy to find restaurants around here. however, i feel like hotel's staffs have 2 standards of services. They dont treat me very well maybe i'm Thai while they treat foreigners very well. It's not what I have read in the reviews before that staffs in here have a very good service-minded!

Couples Thailand, 3 mai 2013	Expect something better from kantary Confusing check in 7,3 When we first arrived, thefront said the king bad that we reserved is not available, if available, how to acess to the room is quite difficult. I have to take elevator to 3rd floor and walk aout 100 meter and took a stair to the room. And another room is on the check in buildin but on the 6th floor and a twin bed. So we ask for take a look at the eoom tuen out borh eoom need to take stair and my mom is 67 years old to walk back and dorth on the stair is the ideal of staying so i asked dor the room nex r to the elevator so they dofer thw new building. Which is very dar de rhe lonby but okay #${ bed are rqins but we reserve king bwd but at this moment just to get thw eoom by the evelavtor is okay enough. Bthe room view initially wasrequesr thw mountain ciew but the room wwe got qas blocked by another building.

The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast choices are good. The lobby's free wifi is good. Easy to catch transportation from/to the hotel. Will definitley return to this hotel.

Voyageurs solitaires United States of America, 18 avril 2013	Do not go here Nothing and will not return 2,3 The service was disappointing and considering they are suppose to be service oriented, this stay was a complete failure. I need wifi and the wifi was a pain to establish and disconnect from when trying to connect multiple devices. I could not use wifi in most of my room and it only worked if I was standing next to my door. Very inconvenient. The reception manager was not willing to help me. I could write more but I don't want to waste another second thinking about this place.
