Hotel bruyant et vieillot

Chambre qui donne sur une rue passante et horriblement bruyante. Pour des voyageurs épuisés, on a vu mieux. Déco vieillotte mais ça lui confère un certain charme. Le personnel semble avoir du mal à comprendre nos demandes (être transférés dans une chambre moins bruyante par exemple)... A cause de notre mauvais anglais, peut-être... Toujours est-il qu'ils répondent "ok" et ne font rien. Frustrant. Mauvaise connexion internet.

L'hotel est dans une vieille maison et juste a cote de la rue Cristobal, principale attraction de Vigan. La chambre etait tres propre et confortable et le personnel tres symapthique.

Our stay in MVH was very nice and pleasant. The staff are friendly and the nostalgic feel of the hotel was very apt for the Vigan experience. It was also strategically located and quite near to a lot of interesting sights, shops and restos in the area. The only problems that we encountered was the A/C in our room did not properly function and it was not as cool as we liked, and that we can hear the racket of the videoke bar nearby inside our room.
Overall though it was still a very nice experience.

We only stayed for 1 night and i am a very satisfied customer. I only paid php2500 for the superior room with an extra bed. The free breakfast was for everyone who stays in the room which is very cool. Usually free breakfast is only good for 2 persons in other hotels so that is something nice. Very good service indeed. :)

Just okay, not so good and not so bad.
Near the souvenir shops and restaurants. Accommodating staff.

The bed is not enough for 4 persons,(I'm expecting 4 beds or at least 2 queen beds.) No telephone in the room so need to go down the reception area every time you have concerns. The room will not be cleaned unless you tell them so the towels and beddings are the same for the next day stay...
