Couples France, 28 décembre 2012	hotel assez bien situé mais service rudimentaire proximité centre ville, teminal bus, neuf et assez propre, chambre modernes 6,3 hotel bon marché, assez bon rapport qualité prix, il est situé devant le marché public et face au terminal des bus, à environ 10mn à pied du centre historique.Cet hotel vient d'ouvrir, ce qui explique d'une part l’aspect très neuf des chambres, d'autre part un certain manque d'organisation au niveau du service (à plusieurs reprise, une simple commande (de café ou de bière) à nécessité un délai d'attente très long (de l'ordre du quart d'heure). il faut espérer que cela s'améliore. toutefois, le personnel fait don possible pour satisfaire le client, avec son manque d'expérience mais beaucoup de bonne volonté. Attention, le bruit peut devenir gênant lorsque l’hôtel est très fréquent. enfin, pour ceux qui rêvent d'une vue romantique sur Vigan, l'adresse est mal choisie puisque toutes les chambres donnent sur une cour intérieure et un immeuble de magasin. Conseil - hôtel: demandez si possible les chambres au dernier étage
Jennifer E. Couples Philippines, 8 mai 2013	It was a good catch for a budget hotel Although it was fairly new, the room that we had was ready for occupancy. It has 2 twin beds, airconditioned, with a phone, cable tv; and hot n cold shower. The staff were accomodating and friendly. 8

Voyageurs solitaires Philippines, 8 mai 2013	terrible staff, questionable security, located bes large bathroom and spacious rooms 6,3 the front desk would require you to leave your room keys everytime you leave the hotel. this was initially ok, until we got back in less than 15 minutes and our room key was nowhere to be found. the front desk told us that their manager took our keys to check them. this infuriated us as we were assured that the keys would not be used to access our rooms before we check-out. the manager came out with our room keys after our "almost a lifetime" of waiting and complaining at the front desk. also the view from our room window was a graveyard. the hotel is located in front of a market and at the rear part of it is a cemetery.

Familles avec des enfants plus âgés Philippines, 3 mai 2013	Nice hotel, il stay here again Food, fast internet & value of rmoney 8,7 I had no problem with this hotel except that their shower doesnt have a curtain. its ideal for locals only and not recommended for foreigners as the room assigned to us was quite small but no question about cleanliness, fast internet and location.i will stay here again and recommend to my friends as well :)

Staff at the hotel were a bit flustered when we arrived. They seem to be inexperienced but were very friendly & eager to help.

Couples United Kingdom, 16 avril 2013	Peaceful hotel off the beaten track Variety of breakfast, close to bus terminus and central market 6,3 What Agoda won't tell you about this hotel is that it is very much a work in progress ie it is still being built! Having said that, the disruption was minimal. The hotel is close to the Partas bus terminal so ideal for arrival and departure. The company however does not seem to run a reliable service - you cannot make a reservation and on the day we left 2 of the scheduled buses did not run. Unfortunately, other buses seem to be of a similar standard. The alternatives are just as dire! The garden view of our Superior room turned out to be a brick wall 4 feet from the window with some plastic plants planted in niches. Not exactly my idea of a garden and with the added disadvantage of making the room overly gloomy since little sunlight ever got in. All ideas of housekeeping seemed to have been forgotten. In a 5 day stay our bedding and towels were not changed once, nor was the room tidied or rubbish bin emptied. Having said that the hotel is pleasant, the staff friendly and the food well prepared - just don't expect too much!
