Philippe V. Couples France, 6 février 2013	Hotel très bien situé mais pas encore performant La propreté 8 Hotel très bien situé à Vigan. Les chambres Standart sont propres, modernes mais pas très grandes au niveau superficie. L'hôtel, qui s'avère être un établissement a vocation haut de gamme mais il est encore jeune (date d'ouverture fin 2012). Ce qui a pour effet qu'aucun service de restaurant (a l'exception du petit déjeuner) n'est encore effectif. En effet, si vous commandez une boisson ou un plat a l'hôtel, les employés partent a pied vers un restaurant et/ou une épicerie hors de l'hôtel afin de revenir avec votre commande. Inutile de dire que l'attente est longue, et autant aller acheter ce dont vous avez besoin vous-même. Néanmoins, notre séjour a été agréable. Nul doute que l'hôtel est amené, au vu de son standing, a corriger ces imperfections dans le futur. Conseil - hôtel: Pour effectuer quelques nuitées, l'établissement est très agréable.

I didn't like the fact that my room was on the ground floor and practically next to the front desk. Strange layout of the rooms in the hotel. There's no privacy for the guests staying on the ground floor. The dining room was too dark and dingy to be having breakfast in.

Groupes Philippines, 7 avril 2013	Relaxing and sweet Clean rooms, accommodating and friendly staff, close to tourist attractions 7,7 I find the hotel relaxing though I find the superior room crowded if you'll have an extra bed. The room is nice - "antique" feel with a modern twist. I find the complimentary candy sweet and cute - a few hotel that I stayed offered such a sweet gesture to say goodnight to its guests. Overall, the hotel was able to serve my basic needs as guest.
