Though it is located in the Manila Chinatown, the whole place lack life at night, except for the traffic there are no entertainment outlets and other nightlife activities. However, the hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Also, the hotel staffs esp. the receptionists were friendly and helpful, but I find the catering department at the cafe not up to expectation for their service and food quality.

Centrally located but neighbourhood is iffy

Initial experience ( assigned room with lingering cigarette smell,no twin bed, no wifi access, facing west ) was discouraging but got upgraded to larger room on business centre floor. Staff was friendly and helpful but hotel attracts boorish PRC tourists who are loud and noisy. Neighbourhood is not great but nearby Church and seedy unchanging Chinatown ( last visited 37 years ago ) with its throngs of street vendors, dilapidated shophouses and time stood still Chinese restaurants add local colour and interest for history buffs

The hotel is located in a busy area near china town. The hotel near near shopping centers and many restaurants. The staff were friendly.
