Voyageurs solitaires Canada, 11 septembre 2012	Hotel de qualité moyenne Le restaurant, les chambres propres mais petites, le personnel attentif mais pas toujours très compétent 7,3 Mon séjour s'est déroulé assez plaisamment. La chambre était propre, relativement confortable mais pas très grande. La cuisine du restaurant était de qualité et à un coût abordable. Le seul petit inconvénient fut que, à mon départ, j'ai dû attendre plus d'une demi-heure avant de pouvoir obtenir mon congé. L'employé de veille ne savait pas comment procéder et il a dû aller réveiller son patron.

Voyageurs solitaires France, 26 novembre 2010	Une bonne adresse Belle terrasse pour petit déjeuner et repas 9 très bon hôtel, les gens très sympathiques, le lieu est calme et on passe un agréable moment lors du petit déjeuner sur la terrasse. les chambres sont propres, le seul petit problème est la pression de l'eau pour la douche un peu faible. le choix dans les menus n'est pas très important mais la nourriture est bonne, le café est bon aussi. si je retourne à cebu, j'irai probablement la bas. le wi-fi fonctionne bien

It's obviousely stolen while I'm out of the room, because here doesn't have safety box so I always put my money envelope in my carrier and close my carrier. But unfortunately, after I check out and way to the other city, I noticed there are $300 and 3,000 pesos are missing in the envelope which I didn't even take out. Cannot believe hotel staff came into the room even there was DND sign (I always put Do not Disturb sign since c/in til c/out) and open the guest's carrier and take money! Fact there were some more money in the envelope but they took 3 notes from USD and 3 notes from PHP so it makes people cannot notice easily. This B&B ruined my travel and gave me bad image about Philippines.

If you would like to access the best places in Cebu City, this hotel would be a good choice. The famous Colon Street for example is about 10 minutes by Jeepneys (public transport). The Basilica del St 5,3 I will contact the Customer Support. There are some issues that need to be settled. Thank you.

Great selection of breakfast menu and tasty. 8,7 Good value for the money. Attentive and helpful staff. Only complaint is that the Wi-Fi did not work in the room all three days or anywhere else except the terrace. Very inconvenient and many mosquitoes on the terrace.

Wonderful restaurant! 10 This is our second stay, some of the staff remembered us and made us feel at home. We were upgraded to a larger room as they were refurbishing the other rooms, thanks for the comfortable stay! You can't seem to decide what to eat at their restaurant though, they are all delicious! This is our HOME every time we will be in Cebu!

Couples Malaysia, 1 janvier 2013	homey most helpful porter 7,3 stayed for a night on new year's eve. was hoping to get my hubby to experience the filipino way of celebrating new year, fireworks and all. the hotel didn't have a program for the night, fine. but couldn't the cafe at least have some lights on so those staying can at least gather outside instead of hiding in their rooms? couldn't even get drinks. had to settle for the water dispenser which the one staff around, the guard, told us was just outside the rooms. thank you, mr guard. speial thanks to our porter/housekeeper (room). very good service. Conseil - hôtel: ask for a room inside the building, not those secluded rooms found at the side near the garage entrance.
