Badridin J. Couples France, 26 mars 2013	Bon hôtel pour découvrir Bohol Bonne connexion internet, bonne literie, navette gratuite pour l'arrivée et le départ 6,3 Globalement, très bon hôtel. La chambre est propre, la literie confortable et la connexion internet est rapide. Le seul problème que nous avons eu dans la chambre était la climatisation, très bruyante. Une navette peut venir vous chercher et vous déposer gratuitement lors de votre arrivée, départ. Ensuite, ils proposent un tarif très raisonnable pour vous déposer où vous voulez dans Tagbilaran lors de votre séjour. L'hôtel propose également des excursions pour découvrir Bohol même si c'est plus cher que dans une agence. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais complet. L'hôtel emploie un personnel sourd et muet pour le restaurant, ce qui est positif.

Personnel à l'air sympa, mais vous épie et lorsque que vous partez l'après midi ou le soir, il se charge de visiter votre chambre pour vous dépouiller. La nourriture laisse aussi à désirez, 10 jours de tourista ca n'est pas drôle.

Personnel agréable et a l'écoute. On a apprécié en particulier la navette gratuite du soir pour le centre ville. Prix très intéressant pour une excursion des sites de Bohol (3000 Php pour un van la journée jusqu'à 10 personnes). Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus. Accès au fish foot Spa pour 50 Php la demi heure.

Excellent staff. 8,3 My fiance' and I enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The best part is its a hotel that gives opportunity to dozens of disabled folks thought the IDEA foundation. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. The pool was a little small, but well maintained and clean. The hotel's van will take you to their sister restaurant for a nominal fee. You must check out the Garden Cafe; also primarily run by the Deaf.

The morning after, when I inquired, they looked around and said they could not be located. The waiter that looked after our table would not come in before 6:00 PM and we had to check out at 12:00, so we could not wait. The staff made no effort to help and just looked unconcerned. I never received any news from them.
Perry G. Couples Australia, 21 mars 2013	Lovely room Room, bed, bathroom 6,3 Our room was lovely, very nicely decorated and with a wonderfully comfortable bed. There is a mini kitchenette with fridge, microwave and sink, but no coffee making facilities. The bathroom although small was modern, very clean and included toiletries. The staff were friendly and helpful although communication with some of the deaf staff posed a few problems. The only negative comments I have regard the food. The included breakfast was terrible, a few beans, an undercooked egg and a piece of toast wasn't a great start to the day and we didn't bother with breakfast the second morning. We tried lunch but the offerings were not much better, the fish and chips being all but inedible. Having said that, I would not hesitate to stay again as the room, staff and price were all very good.
