un hôtel qui est classé 5 étoiles , c'est beaucoup à mon point vu ; par rapport à l' état de hôtel et surtout accueil du personnel ; c'est un de plus mauvaise hôtel que j'ai séjournée.
Conseil - hôtel:
Déconseillée surtout pour des personne à mobilité réduite.

away from city center so if you're looking to stay next to casinos then this isn't for you.. however very good breakfast provided, view of macau were definitely positives.

Located on a hill in a quiet area of Macau.

We stayed in at the Riviera Hotel one Saturday night. The hotel was located away from the hustle-and-bustle of the casinos and there were lots of sights withing walking distance. The free shuttle also made things much easier to get around.

Excellent room and friendly helpful staff

The stay was excellent; I had messed the booking up and this was resolved by the friendly yet courteous receptionist with minimal fuss. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well appointed. A lovely warm shower and the appropriate fluffy towels and other toiletries. The location was only 20 minutes walk from the old town and the free shuttle bus meant it was easy to get around to the ferry and the sights.
