It was a great stay at this hotel
Near to local restaurant, Entertainment nearby, fast service
Grandview Hotel gave me a very good impression and their service was good.

Poor management as non smoking floor still have smoking people, the China travellers open the hotel room and the kids are running and shouting in the corridor, no silence during the stay, so sad.

Nothing is good to tell.
Impression Firstly, the first impression is NO WELCOME FEELING upon arrival at the hotel... The hotel staffs have unpleasant faces at all. Smiling was hardly found on them during my stay. Service Check-in and out is normal. Toilet problem / Closet problem Water came out of the bathtub's edges even though the shower curtain was carefully used. Therefore, the floor became wet. Poor renovation! It has been renovated for a year long. The closet door is broken once I got in the room. But the staffs had no idea about the broken closet door. Room inspection is not fully done prior to serving incoming guests. the room is quiet. This is one good thing. Overall, the customer care on room quality is weak. Room quality is still behind the 4 stars hotel. The room rate should be lower in this case I found.
