Conseil - restaurants: If you want to find nice restaurants near your hotel in Tokyo, Shinagawa will not be recommeneded.

Couples United States of America, 28 janvier 2013	Nice Hotel in the Heart of Tokyo Shinagawa is a Huge Shopping area, Hotel is at the subway stop 10 The Shinagawa Prince Hotel is made of four hotel wings, (north, east, annex, main). The hotel is nice, it is clean, the staff is friendly and it is centrally located. What is not to love? Just outside the hotel is a mall, complete with food court. Conseil - hôtel: This is at the Shinagawa subway stop. It is super easy to find from Haneda airport, as it is a direct line.

Couples United States of America, 26 décembre 2012	Great location Easy to find / get to from the train station & subway, especially if you don't know Tokyo or it's your first time there 8,3 As usual, the room is on the small side if you are accustomed to North American room (don't expect to bring in 4 huge suitcases and have room to open them all up). But as customary with Japanese hotel rooms, the place was spotless, there are nice amenities in the bathroom, and the towels are a good size. Only a few TV channels in Japanese, no other stations were available. Staff spoke good English, and the rooms were very quiet.

Couples United Kingdom, 11 novembre 2012	Good location Great location with easy acces to Tokyo 7,3 The hotel is 10minutes by train from Tokyo and right across from railway station,it is a huge hotel with many different options of accommodation,we stayed in the annexe where the rooms have been recently renovated,they were clean and quite roomy for Japanese standards.The check in and out very smooth once you get to the right desk as we went to wrong part of complex to start with but the staff were helpful and gave us a map of the complex and insructions how to get to correct check in desk,as long as you bear in mind it is quite a warren of corridors and you get a map it's fine. Conseil - hôtel: Make sure you book the right part of complex as some rooms are not as good as others

Couples New Zealand, 7 novembre 2012	Great location very convenient Huge bed, great view, the higher the floor the better 8 Handy location and well situated for a brief trip thru Tokyo, esp the Shinigawa Train Station being across the road. Took the cheap online rate and stayed at the Prince Annex - dispensed with the breakfast which was just as well given we were spoiled for choice with the on site shops and cafes. Room was cozy and bed was pleasantly huge. Only complaint with the newer Annex (supposedly having its 10year celebration) was that the fittings already felt dated, there was a pervasive smell of smoke in the rooms even when we requested non smoking and you really had to work to get anything out of desk staff (eg 2 staff at various times would not issue a second room access card for my wife meaning we had to coordinate our individual movements) until i got insistent - it shouldn't have come to that! We also selected the special they offered to 'do your bit for the planet' of not having your rooms cleaned daily (maximum of two days allowed) and getting a $Y500\day voucher to spend at the Prince Complex shops, though there were very few shops found (where the vouchers could be redeemed), and they were all at the main Prince Tower, with the main shop, the Convenience Store, closed for renovations! Conseil - vie nocturne: Nearby, TGIF and the Singapore Seafood Restatuarant are excellent!
